Lol yea too bad I gained like 16 pounds and I'm working my way back down around 8 pounds since though so I'm getting back ... I'll get there again :)

Thanks ladies :D I'll get there... hopefully sooner than last time ha ha ha ... sucks I lamed out... I was supposed to hit 150 by January and now I'm not even at the half way mark anymore.... BUT I think my goal was set a tad high anyhow.

Yes, putting a time on goals can be tricky, because the body and life do not always cooperate, even when we are trying hard. Set the goal, do your best and eventually you'll get there. I had to eat some humble pie when I set timing on goals that I missed. Just keep on doin' it and the results will come.
