Had a burger with bun, and a few fries.... all obviously do not agree with me. Also didn't have nearly enough water. Uck! Hope to shed it back down this week easily!
70.8 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
