Well, as my luck goes. I started (Attempted to start) a group diet challenge a week ago today. And over the weekend I found out I had a kidney infection. Because I was only born with the one kidney, my Dr. was aggressive with my antibiotics and they made me very ill. Needless to say, my week was ruined. So, here we go again with the beginning of my diet. I got back on my groups, 4- 16oz. bottled water challenge and I worked out at the gym for an hour. I usually stay longer, but my energy level was gone. As for a Victory for me. It's been a week without my Dr. Peppers! Headaches, yes? or is it the strong antibiotics? We shall see! I have not done a weigh-In. but at my Mom's Dr Appointment on Thursday, I gained 3 Pounds! I was sick, barely ate for 6 days, and I gained three pds! Story of my life!!!
