Yea going in the right direction. This is the lowest so far. Goal is
to get into the 170's.....hard to break these 10's...
My goal for October was 179.....now it is the goal for November
sigh....keep going
82.1 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
