i'm very excited this week, i think i might lose about 1.6 or so i can't wait to reach my Goal #1 which is to get to 96 kgs by the end of this month, before the start of january because i'm planning to lose 6 kg in january ,, i can't wait to reach the 80s i think if i did that i'll have such a boost for energy to keep going ...
