Day 1 ... been living mainly on salads and fresh fruits for last couple of weeks and although my clothes are looser I'm not seeing any weight loss on my scales. So have rejoined fat secret with my buddy Maria to try and get some motivation. need to do some walks (back & bad leg allowing!)
