Closer to goal every day!

I started basically skipping a meal or eating some small for lunch and eating on the early side of dinner and then nothing after about 7pm at night.

Someone a few weeks ago mentioned checking my thyroid because I wasn't losing which is a really great suggestion! While I am already on meds for a bad thyroid so that wasn't my issue its one that should be on folks mind.
The symptoms for thyroid issues are very similar to ones associated with depression (sleeplessness, weigh gain, lethgary and can be missed diagnosed. So make sure to check your thyroid levels.
