i feel great this week,, the freezing cold doesn't bother me anymore,, i exercised today for about an hour and 30 mins LOVED every minute of it,, my aim for this week is to lose 2 kgs, i'm doing everything exercising, drinking 4 L of water daily, and increased my calorie intake, eating less than 20 g of carbs ,, so *fingers crossed* :)

Sounds great..but make sure that you get 20 NET grams of carbs, not less than 20 carbs. You want to arrive at your destination healthy, and the increased fiber will help you loose better.

i eat of a minimum of 18 - 19.8 net carbs daily because i always leave space for hidden carbs in case there was,, i don't eat out anymore,, i cook everything at home but i still don't want to be surprised later with extra carbs in my diet with all that i'm doing right now, but now worries my weight loss did speed up i lost 0.7 kg since yesterday :D amazing how fast i can lose i never thought i could lose this fast before :D

Thats a great idea. Usually when people say "less than", they think that less is better. (I.e. If 20 is good, 15 is better, or maybe 10) Of course that isn't true. Good luck over the Holidays!!!

yeah i know i believe that anything less than 15 is not healthy,, i read about it before,, it causes hair loss and diziness and i want none of that ,, i don't want to be thin and bold hehehe :P
