K so its Day 6 and I have a double today - and didn't sleep well again. But still had a positive weigh in so that was nice. I have started to listen to motivational speeches in my car so I can stay positive. Something I would never normally do except I'm noticing with all the hard things going on for other people my empathy brings me down. So I'm filling up my wells of positive energy. Also noticed after being on fat secret for a bit and being fairly (yearly consistent)in my weigh in 5 years I have never weighed in in July and barley in August. Either my social life is lacking or I'm getting a good jump this year for January... I think its both. Finishing my gruel... I mean oats. Then gym. Day 6.
