Ok, I got more exercises to do, and the nutritionist is going to go over my food logs for a few days. I figured out that the fitbit app doesn't download the food log unless I pay so I am going to be logging here because Fatsecret lets you download the logs of what you ate.
Not doing as well as I would like with the program, since work has been rough, but that really should not be an excuse. I am spending some time tonight making food for the week, lots of veggies, cans of tunas, and yogurts for breakfast with lots of fruit.
The trainer is saying I should be down 25 more pounds for the October opening of the gym, so the nutritionist is tightening up the diet but the trainer says adding the new exercises should help with the weight loss at 1200 calories a day. So, with the 125 g of carbs and 125 g of protein, that allows 22 g of fat.
