I was very defeated gaining 12 pds during company. They are gone now and it's hard to get in the saddle again. I struggled yesterday with snacking but did ok and today I wanna eat everything I can! I will be happy when I'm back to where I was and then keep going! Detoxing from sugar and white stuff is crazy hard but I am determined that if I feel like I'm failing I have a lil snack to curb the craving till I can compleatly get off the bad stuff at the very least a very small amount So wish me luck and pray for strength!!! <3 Kitty

good luck getting back to your woe. It takes a few days to "get a grip" and overcome the cravings. For me, it usually takes 19 days to purge the sugar. If you are counting carbs it might be less time. I used to have to binge after house guests left. I'm working on that much better now that I'm counting carbs. Sending prayers, Kitty...🙏 🙏
