i woke up today and i felt like i couldn't get up,, i know i'm not sick,, but my body was aching everywhere especially around my hips and thighs,,, i felt soo light headed ,, and i thought to myself maybe i'm losing fat and i felt happy about it :D ,, so i got up and weighed my self and i couldn't believe it i lost a considerably good amount of weight i was happy about that but i'm still worried about the pain i'm feeling right now,, feels like i have invisible bruises, i can feel the pain but i can't see them.. did anyone experience this before?? is it a sign that i'm losing fat??? oh and one more thing are we allowed sugar free energy drinks on atkins???

Did you measure in the beginning? if not, I'd suggest that you do. As for the ache, sounds like you are getting sick. I can't tell from fatsecret what your meals look like. Make sure that you are getting plenty of food and aren't too low on the sodium. Atkins acts as a diuretic, so "atkins flu", normally suffered in the first 2 weeks has the diziness. You can see if this is the case by drinking some full-sodium chicken broth. If it fixes the problem, thats cool. If not, I'd go with getting the flu.
