Good Morning FS!! I went to the gym Saturday AND Sunday this weekend!! It felt wonderful!! I walked 2 miles each day on the treadmill then used the weight machines. I have come to the realization that I will not be actually RUNNING much in the 5K coming up. I am very nervous about my back, but I am ok with this. I figure walking 3 miles is better than skipping it altogether! now I need to get my butt to the gym tonight, drink more water, and watch what I eat! Have a GREAT day!!
