so these past two weeks I have been horrible with my weight loss goal. I fell off completely but luckily I didn't gain too much, maybe only a pound or two. So today is the new start of my weight loss routine. Back to eating right and exercising and hopefully I can start losing more. I have until December 16th to lose the weight I want or at least come close. If I lose another 10 pounds I think I will be happy for the time. Anyway wish me luck I am going for my first workout of the day!
