My wife and I will be spending a few days at a resort for our 35th anniversary. So, when I get back on Monday, I'll start ratcheting down the calories from 3,000+ to around 2,200 - 2,500 per day and only eat 4 - 5 days per week. I'm using this week from my 60th birthday through my anniversary to try to adjust my body's caloric set-point upwards a little. When I return, I shall attempt to maintain a higher fat diet with moderate protein and low(ish) carbs. So far, so good. Just shooting for a good maintenance plan at this point. I hope all of y'all have a wonderful weekend. Stay hydrated and don't overdo it in this summer heat.
