6 days later and I am still at a plateau. I have lost several inches though so my work is paying off. This past weekend was my last weekend home so I attended two family bbq's... I had bread and chips-- I didn't over indulge though. I really hope next by this coming Saturday I can break the plateau or that I still see inches going away...
