I had been yoyo-ing 2-3 pounds most of October. Hopefully this means the weight is slowly moving down again. Oh well, at least I haven't gained! Now that my foot is feeling better, planning to work hard this month with a splurge for Thanksgiving. Not sure if I will reach my goal by Dec. 10th (going to a wedding) but I will do my best.
