Started working out again, although taking it easy because the back is still bothering me. I'm doing Kettle Bell Swings. Very simple, very basic, and highly effective. I started last Tuesday with 100 swings @ 30lbs and a 30 second rest after 50 swings. Need to work my way back up to 100 swings no rest.
My workout for the week looked like this:
Tuesday evening 100 swings Wednesday evening 100 swings Thursday evening Rest day Friday Rest day Saturday morning 100 swings Sunday Rest Day Monday evening 100 swings Tuesday evening 50 swings Wednesday morning 50 swings Thursday Rest day
The back is a little sore, but otherwise I feel great.
