It occurred to me, this afternoon, that I am back to my old habit of not eating very much during the summer (and of enjoying the living daylights out of Sunflower Seeds!). But, hey, if my carbs ended up at only 8% I'm calling that old habit a pretty good one!


Meanwhile, it's back to packing and searching....

I don't eat much in the summer, either. Heat kills my appetite. I'd call sunflower seeds a darned good habit! Good luck on the searches.

Why is that last 2 pounds so darn hard to lose...I'm happy though...Making good progress...Congrats to everyone...
