Good weekend for maintaining control. We had a big family friend's wedding with full meal. I fasted Friday through Sat about 1 PM and had a breakfast. Dinner was 7:30ish and all they had that I could eat was the meat and salad with a piece of fruit. I had a pluot (plum/apricot hybrid). No cravings - except they had the most amazing mac and cheese that I resisted because I'm allergic to wheat but I did serious think about it for about 15 seconds.
Today we had out of town guests and threw an impromptu barbeque. I fasted until 2 or so, then ate very reasonably and enjoyed cooking for everyone, including cooking bacon and a cheese omelet for my husband, daughter and son-in-law even though I was fasting.
