Haven't been journaling much - I am kind of on a roll with my diet and exercise. Been having a little trouble with my elbow. Getting a sleeve for it I ordered that I am hoping will help it heal. Not sure if it is exercise related or sitting at the computer at home working and studying too much (or both)
I feel good and my body seem to be making progress. I had to kick the scale because I am working a metabolism based eating program to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Therefore scale weight would be just deflating! Unfortunately I can only get a DEXA every 6 weeks so It is a long time in between seeing my results. I just keep throwing in the same weight every time it forces me to here on Fat Secret.
Have about 2 1/2 more weeks before my next test. I will be traveling next weekend and have already talked to my coach and dietitian about a plan. I will be at a big stadium that doesn't allow much outside food so I will be a little challenged at the conference
