Well looks like I'm up a pound. not sure about that ... I look smaller... don't feel as squishy.... so I'm not gonna cry about it....

I really gotta quit cheese... that, I'll cry about... I keep saying it but then part of me is like "but it's the only good thing I have left" ... I'm sure if I cut out the dairy I'd lose faster.

what if I try for one day? baby steps? *sigh* ....... ok ... ok...... what if in the a.m.. half the amount of cream in my coffee and add coconut oil. ........ and .....reluctantly have a dairy free meal a day to start. ....

also maybe raise my work out goals a little .. just a little... don't wanna break myself either........ but otherwise.. calories have been normal, carbs reasonable.

any other things I should stop? or start?

still annoying that I'm up... blarg!!!

There is a point you can over exercise but daily cardio of 20minutes to 40 minutes isn't overdoing anything.

I'm with you Hunter...204...then 205. WHat the heck? . Guess we both need a dose of patience. Water, exercise and don't forget celebrating Canada Day. I had the 4th too. Stay cool Chickie...🇺🇸 🇨🇦 🤔

I too am addicted to cheese. Love, love, love it!!! Can't keep much in the house because I will eat all of it...8 oz. or more in an afternoon is like nothing! The change that worked for me is . . . once a month I buy a container of those little cheese triangles with the cow on it (buy @ Aldi's for half the cost of name brand). I also buy a package of shredded cheese once a month (or less lately) so I can sprinkle a little on some thing now and then and not feel like I'm cheating.

Cheese is known for raising your serotonin level. Makes sense, it really makes me feel good, but it's bad for my cholesterol so I have to distance myself from it.
