I made a goal to loose 15lbs by November 19. At the beginning of my weight loss, on Aug 1, I lost 15lbs in 3 weeks. It took another 7 weeks to loose the next 15 and I have been on a holding pattern. But I am ready to knock out the next 30, so I am starting small with 15! :o)
