gonna try some new work outs today. did a good hour of yoga to stretch out. probably do some more later. but for now, weights and Netflix lol. hope everyone is well.

Hunter....you might want to try Classical Stretch: The Esmonde Technique and/or Aging Backwards Posture and Pain-relief. I have taped from my cable station its on PBS in St. Louis, but if you enjoy yoga this is "different" but very good. She is a former ballerina who had an injury and although you are still young you journal about a lot of back issues so I thought you could google her DVDs etc.

I got my new yoga strap to bridge gaps I can't reach yet .. that helped a lot..... weights and actually used my exercise ball for exercise lol!!!..... I was watching orange is the new black.... not sure why because I loath piper.. but whatever... I think if I was in jail I'd shank her to shut her up LOL!!! anyhoooooooooooooo.... Esmonde technique ok I'll look it up now.... ya I'm trying to make myself do yoga more often. I know it's good for me, helps my back and all ...

Lol finding a balance has been.... challenging but so is everything that's worth while.... lol I had to hold my toddler the whole time I was on the exercise bike this morning... but i atleast made a quick quarter of my points for the day.... but it's starting to just become life....even husband is getting more active, he's joining baseball and hockey. .... I want to join a yoga class's and a self defense class too...
