Good luck with your workouts, as it is a struggle for me at this AGE, I mean let's be real, that is what I fight, and for some reason it doesn't get better. lol Procrastination becomes like a way of life. lol Funny, my attorney friend is freaking out about my cancer, and he has suddenly turned into a little butterball. He hurt his knee working out. It is a never ending battle.

Yikes Warren I hope ur friend wakes up!! Ask him to go for walks ;-) thanks Lori, I've just finished masters hammer and chisel about 59 days ago and started body beast 29 days ago but I took 12 days off to concentrate on quitting smoking. I quit but I put on 6-7 lbs of fat! I'm back on it though. We just finished a 22 push up challenge where we did 22 for 22 days straight. I was doing 22 in a row just fine a week ago! I blame it on the booze from the weekend!!!! I'll do better tomorrow!! I always liked Jillian but never did her workouts, I went w beachbody. Have fun :-)

I like planks when I finally got them right that is but I like the side plank taps better! I realpy started getting that V muscle in on my obliques I thought that was pretty cool. And the muscle was so hard to the touch never thought I could touch my skin and feel the muscle!
