My diet lately has been the same everyday. Going on vacation Friday is making me nervous about what to eat. I do not want to starve and I don't want an upset stomach. I think I'll manage. Just need to pack a lot of my favorite foods.

Coffee

Breakfast:Peeled potatoe shredded and fried in olive oil. Eaten with 2 eggs or 1 egg and some liquid egg white

Sometimes and omelet with cheese

Snack:Half a banana with 1tbsp peanut butter

Lunch: protien shake w/ unsweetened cashew milk and ice sometimes half frozen banana
Canned chicken or tuna sandwich with Kraft olive oil mayo
OR left overs

Dinner:tilapia fried in coconut oil
With Canned green beans or half a baked sweet potato topped with butter and light vanilla greek yogurt or pizza

Snacks: fruit or small ice cream cone, or greek yogurt with powdered peanut butter

I feel safe with these foods. Of course dinner changes the most, sometimes we have burgers or grilled chicken, beef stew.....many things.

I think I need to give up my powdered coffee creamer . I really should try to not drink coffee everyday but I just love it so much! Also there are probably ingredients in my six star whey protien powder my body don't like. Also artificial sweeteners in my light vanilla greek yogurt. I try to eat as clean as possible.

Think I'll have some carrot fries this week and homemade guacamole. Gotta add some different foods. Getting bored with same things but then the same foods make it easy too.
