2nd entry for the day. Allowing myself extra carbs today since I ate so little yesterday. However, still staying under 1600 calories so I'm okay with the extra carbs. Plus I will get my gym workout in today, and working my way towards a gallon of water to combat the extra carbs. Also, I'll only be 16 carbs over limit which is still better than what I would eat if I didn't track. :) Feeling good that I can indulge a little and still do well. :)

I love how you think. You don't take this too seriously (I mean extremely strict), but yet you don't go crazy overboard either. It sounds like you have a great mindset of this journey! Congratulations! This is hard to obtain for most people. :)

Don't think of carbs as something to catch up on. If you miss them, leave them lost. You are not doing yourself any favors.
