Saw Judy Wed. at southside. Good talk. Dottie's birthday is today. Judy and I split a croissant and I had about 1 tsp. of butter with coffee. Had Albertson's baked chicken, 1 drum, 2 wings and 1 thigh I think. Had a T of pnut butter and a T of honey before bed. Lost .2 pounds.
61.9 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
