I listened to my body and only ate when I was truly hungry yesterday. Which meant I didn't eat supper because I didn't feel like it. I didn't go to the gym yesterday, but I made a trip to the grocery store and stocked up on meats and veggies. (Itake over two hours to grocery shop because I bargain hunt so trust me--I get my walking in. Lol) Also got some low-carb ice cream bars. Been craving chocolate so hopefully this will help. Got in my 10,000 steps and made my water intake goal so feeling really good. :)
