Thank goodness my Netrition order showed up and I got my
protein powder............ With my Leptin reset diet it is
the only way to get 50/60 gm of protein within the first half hour of rising. And I am still catching up on my 4 days of cheating. I have a goal to reach 170's, which was by November, well looks like it is going to be futher into November than thought???? Oh well
84.4 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
