OK ,enough is enough. On the positive, I have actually lost 5 lbs the last few weeks. The trouble is I never recorded it here, so I am showing no improvement. ;) That said I have to make changes. I had some blood work done over the weekend and got a negative result. Hopefully its not permanent. For my part I am turning a new leaf (I think I've seen this leaf before though). Will definitely get my exercise in daily and will restrict my cals to 2000-2200, and only protein shakes in the evening. So long snacks!
