Knew it would happen, so I wasn't bummed about it!
Any truth in taking a day off from exercising to help the weight loss? I have exercised almost everyday.
72.0 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
