Woke at 218.2, up 5.2 in water weight overnight! I did all the wrong things at Mexican restaurant including the chips and salsa. Driving back today so will complete 16:8 IF and try to fast. UPDATE: Got home at 3:40 pm. Had two Paleo protein bars on the road and eating a few fried pork skins. (I ended up doubling my fast day calories by eating the entire bag). I plan to alternate day fast until I get back on target. But first, I have to add all that stuff I ate over the past few days. I got busy and didn't log it all yet.
