IM JUST TRYING TO REGROUP FROM MY WORKOUT THIS MORNING WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER. HE KICKED MY BUTT!!!!CRUCIAL!! HOPEFULLY THE RESULTS WILL SHOW UP ON THE SCALE THIS WEEK. MY GOAL IS TO GET UNDER 200LBS, AND NEVER SEE THAT AGAIN. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE. PEACE. ITS A NEW DAY!!!!!!!!!!!
