went a little crazy eating sweet peppers tonight. .... but they were grilled and so freakin good .... so I'm 5 carbs over .... not exactly happy with myself . but atleast all carbs were vegetables or the couple berries for breakfast. 5 over isn't the end of the world but i still went over my limit and I need to recognize that. ****so stuffed, fathers day bbq was amazing though*****

Well, you did better than my half a pizza, pancakes loaded with maple syrup, and sour cream glazed donut. Carbs for the day? A meager 264. :)

omfg!!! my favorite donut! perfect donut to dip in coffee...for breakfast it was omlette, bacon, berries and two slices of tomatoes from the garden.

This is why I just count calories and don't do low carb. Grains are bad for me but I love my fruit and veggies. Every dinner has them lol.

msbug, I like veg too.. I eat quite a bit on low carb, just gotta stick to certain ones is all.... and I only went over because I had 7 peppers instead of what a normal person would eat lol!!!

I just don't buy other stuff so I don't think to eat it... I keep telling my family that "I forgot to get bread" and other stuff like that lol
