Fasting Thursday 9:20 PM to 6:30 PM Friday
Eating window: Friday 6:30 to 9:30 PM
Fasting Friday: 9:30 to 12:30 (15 hrs)
Heavy exercise the last 2 1/2 hours with loading and unloading a trailer of animal manures and waste for composting @400 calories and hour.

I generally eat fairly low carb, but I will watch to keep carbs at 50 or below and slightly upping healthy fats. Most of my carbs come from organic, home grown garden produce so I'm not going to worry about them as long as I continue losing. Could lower carbs if I hit a plateau down the road.
