Finally! A loss again. I know the loss slows down after the first couple of weeks, and I know that less than perfect options at functions makes it difficult to stay complete "with the program," but a week of the same weight does get a bit discouraging. I tell myself, as I do others, to stick with it and the loss will come, but it's lots easier to give advice than to follow it!! However, once again, sticking with the program works!!
