Ok, I ran a 5k test run again, and I did soooo much better but I had the same time. I don’t know how that I but I ran much more than the first time. The first time I ran a mile walked a mile and ran the last mile. This time I ran a mile, ran/walked a mile 2 minutes run 2 min. walk; then ran the last mile. But the time was the same. Anyhow, I LOVE the feeling of running and I am enjoying this new activity. I order these great shoes from newbalance on line today. I can’t wait till they get here.
