Went out to dinner with friends. Ate sensibly, but also had dessert... Happy with only a 1 lb gain. Now to take it right back off today. :)
72.4 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
