Yesterday at Joann's Bible study she made whole cream and butter cherry scones, hot out of the oven, and a cheese/broccoli Bisquick quiche. I had that for breakfast. Ran around getting my eyes drained and Sleep lab/new CPAP. Ate dinner of 2 tangelos, my own failed quiche (couldn't eat much of it at all, too mushy) and 5 of those Mexican wedding cookies. Can't remember if I had anything else; I know I wanted more.

I woke up in the wee hours as usual and felt my empty stomach, sensing that this would mean a little lower weight in the morning today...and there was. Not much, but down into the 130s now.

Danny prayed with me two times and kind of apologized, recognizing his anger problems need help. Bought me a $60 massage gift card. It was a good day starting at Joann's, the nice guy Monsour at sleep lab and Dr. Freeman and his assistant Shannon's warmth and kindness. Still having deep-seated fears of Danny.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
