Yesterday I volunteered time at Assistance League where I skipped lunch as my lunch buddies didn't come in. Fixed a nice baked fish supper which included a fish filet, cooked baby Spinach, and half a baked sweet potato. The end result was a weight gain. Unsure why but will Need to double my efforts. Don't want to be going the wrong direction.
