My weight keeps going up and down, VERY depressing but understanding since I am not consistent in any aspect of my following this program. Could be that I am not consistent in taking my ADD meds. Can't be consistent and attention deficit at the same time. But the good news is that I have gotten smaller in how I fit in my pants, Tomorrow is another day to face the scale and try to pay "attention.
I only have ten days till the I visit my two sisters and my body image problems with my internal comparisons. I have a waist out of proportion to my other measurements which for me has always been a problem. I was looking at old pictures at the beach, yesterday, and there was one with me and a cousin the same age (? age 12 or so) There she was with a very shapely young body and I look like I am straight up and down. As I said "no waist'. What was worst at the time- I also had no "boobs". Now I do but I am still somewhat straight up and down if my weight is up. That translates to "dumpy" my worst fear!
