I decided to do the HCG diet. I started today and got my first injection of HCG. The doctor also gave me a vitamin B shot and some probiotics to take. The first phase of the HCG diet is the loading phase. I told him I feel very uncomfortable with loading up on all those high fat foods. But he said it is very important for the success of the diet. So I get to pig out for two days. The first thing I did when I got home was to go straight for the peanut butter. As I am typing this I am eating more peanut butter. I will probably eat peanut butter for two days! After the two day loading phase, I go on a 500 calorie diet. I will report back how this diet goes for me. I hope to lose ten pounds in three weeks.

Why do you need to lose ten pounds in three weeks? Wedding? :) that would be nice. Your weight levels seem wholly normal. I am strained to see the need for injecting things into your body (and you have to know they don't have any chemical dynamic that aids in weight loss or appetite suppression). ??? Or extreme calorie deprivation. Is all this really necessary?
