?? I should have lost. I was way under in my calories yesterday I was also active and exercised, sheesh!
84.3 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes we don't see the results of our efforts until a few days later. Consistency is key, so just keep going. I was really good for days and the scale didn't move. Then "bam" 4 pound drop.
