I ditto Phil, that Lattissimus Dorsi development has eluded me in my development. It is a great attribute in the gym work. I have had large pectoralis development from bench work, but Lats have eluded me.

Nice pic..congrats Misty, lots of effort put in there. Don't worry so much about the loss...it can't be all muscle in that short of time, mostly water for sure. You'll be fine as long as you aren't running a calorie deficit and protein input is maintained (which it looks like you are - watch out eggs, here comes Misty, lol)...wow & again great effort & results!!

I wish I had a before pic, I had back flab and the side boob I couldn't fit in the cup I was 38 chest now I'm 33! I was always broad on top thick arms and thighs and my belly was jelly ;-) all it takes is changing the lifestyle. Y'all have been with me the whole time so I thank u all for the support and encouragement! You all are inspirations to me and I'm glad to be surrounded by like minded people!

Agreed!! ....Please dont sweat the scale numbers (down or up) Misty.... now it's body reconfiguration, the numbers will sort themselves out as you get close to where you want to be.
