I am a little worried i am not getting enough food. I keep eating 70 or 80% of my RDI. I know what number not to go over, but i don't know what number not to go under.
I feel pretty comfortable with the amout of food I am eating and of course I always want more, so don’t feel like I am starving with the smaller portions or the 4-5 meals a day.
