Ok so dh ordered Body Beast today :-) 90 days ack. I'm up for the challenge. My goal is 10-12lbs of muscle weight. I will start Monday if I receive it tomorrow. Ooooh I'm excited. What a life I have!

Firstly, congratulations on gaining muscle definition that is something to be proud of...it takes a combination of focused dieting (fat loss) AND training (muscle gains). Secondly, I'm glad MJ weighed in as he has a great handle on the subject. Just curious as to your height Misty...you have cut down to where a lot of folks would love to be at, as long as you maintain your calorie and protein intake the next phase should look after itself as far as weight gain goes, whatever that weight is...but 10 - 12 pounds of lean muscle is not going to happen...good news is 15% body fat for a female is very low and will enable you to show any gains you make, no matter how small. You'll probably cut a little more on that program too, so just a thought...maybe your body is telling you what it's scale weight is wanting to stabilize at...

You have done amazing work there. It reminds me when Bill Pearl was working for Mr. Universe at age 40, he would never show his upper body, always wore long sleeved shirts even when working out. It was strange shaking hands with him, his arms were so huge.
