Well..well. The weight loss did slow down but hope springs eternal and I will continue to stay with it. I am following the dietary guidelines reasonably well but because I have a broken bone in my foot, I really cannot do much of any exercise to speak of. However, I have been walking through the grocery store and through Sam;s Club as well as about the house and I try to make sure I continue to walk. Yesterday I dug out a pair of sport walking shoes that I hadn't had on this past year and found that they are a big help in balancing. That and a new cane. So am looking forward to greater activity.
