I have definitely increased my exercise and am still watching my diet. It's interesting to notice the changes but yet still feel so far from my goal despite what the numbers indicate. I suppose it's largely because I essentially picked a number out of the air based upon how much I *felt* like I needed to lose. Obviously I was way fatter than I thought! Lol! I am going to revise my goal to 200 lbs since I still feel strong and am happy to be living this way of life. I hope to make my goal by the end of the year but will honestly be satisfied if I simply slowly lose throughout the holidays and then make a large push before summer starts. Have a great day all!
