Thanks dollface! 😙 it's a beautiful thing especially since I can breathe. I quit smoking about 2 1/2 years ago and I've never been happier about that decision as I am now. My old tar filled lungs def would not allow me to do what I need to get done to get fit for sure.

glad to hear you can enjoy the gym..i use to be a gym rat..but once i started getting out early in the mornings an doing a bike ride..nothing compares to that feeling of being in your own little world to get your workout in..have a great one..

Lol Wannabehealthier, I'm not quite enjoying the gym yet (as cardio is the devil) but I am enjoying that scale moving and my clothes getting looser.
